If you are not completely satisfied with your PokerBargains purchase, simply follow these three steps and we will promptly send you a full refund (less the original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee):
- Email our customer service office at firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorization code and for the correct return address (some items are sent back directly to the manufacturer).
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. We recommend that you have some kind of tracking information in the case your package can not be located. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during transit back to us.
We will immediately send you a complete refund (less a 20% restocking fee – – – unless we sent you the wrong product – – – AND less the original shipping costs) as soon as PokerBargains receives your package and inspects it. You are responsible for the shipping back to us. If your item was shipped with our free shipping promotion, you will be charged the original shipping cost.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included. If we are unable to issue a full refund, you will be issued store credit for your return(s). Basically if we are not able to resell the item as new, you will be issued a refund. Chips that have been opened or used will be issued a store credit. Electronics, DVD’s can not be returned once opened.
If something is defective, please let us know immediately and we will send you replacements at no additional charge (for items within 14 days of receipt). Defective items (within the 14 days) can be returned but the original shipping cost will not be refunded but the 20% restocking fee will be waived. Defective items will need to be returned within 30 days of notification or else you will incur the 20% restocking fee. Items returned after 90 days will incur a 50% restocking fee. You would be responsible for the shipping back to us. If a new replacement item(s) is sent, included will be a pre-paid label for the return. If the item is not returned within 30 days, there will be a late return charge for processing fees. If the item is not returned at all, you will be responsible for the full item(s) price at the time of purchase.
