GameTimeChips.com provides safe, secure credit card transactions by utilizing our secure server software (SSL) and taking rigorous steps to prevent fraudulent activity. Our software encrypts all information submitted by our users into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you, the user, to our private server. Most importantly, your credit card information is not stored or saved after a purchase has been made to ensure the highest level of security.

Picking Up Orders - Can I save on shipping and pick up my order?
We allow pick-up of orders from our Arcadia warehouse on a will-call basis. Please call us at 626-447-0586 to schedule a day and time for your pick-up.

Show Room - Do you have a showroom?
Our poker sets are on display at our Arcadia warehouse but are not opened to the general public unless by appointment. Please call us to schedule an appointment.

Military/International Shipping - Can you ship internationally or to APO addresses?
Yes, we can ship internationally and to APO addresses via USPS. Our system does not process these orders directly so please contact us at info@gametimechips.com or call us at 626-447-0586 for more information.

Payment - What forms of payment does GameTimeChips accept?
Currently GameTimeChips accepts the following types of payment:
All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. All orders placed on this site is 100% secured.

Sales Tax - Do I have to pay a sales tax on items I buy?
GameTimeChips is required to include sales tax to your order if the item(s) are to be shipped to California. The sales tax will be automatically calculated during the order process.

Shipping - What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing. For example, if your poker set weighs 21 lbs we will charge actual shipping rates based on the weight of the item. Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Return Policy - What if I need to return an item?
Purchase poker sets, poker chips, backgammon sets, roulette items, and other gaming products at GameTimeChips with complete confidence. All items from GameTimeChips are backed by a fourteen day manufacturers guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your GameTimeChips purchase, simply follow these three steps and we will promptly send you a full refund (less original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee):
- Contact us at info@gametimechips.com for an authorization code and for the correct return address (some items are sent back directly to the manufacturer).
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip.
- Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish.
We will immediately send you a complete refund (less a 20% restocking fee - - - unless the product is defective and/or we sent you the wrong product - - - AND less the original shipping costs) as soon as GameTimeChips receives your package and inspects it. You are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included. If we are unable to issue a full refund, you will be issued store credit for your return(s).

Defective Item - What if I received something that was damaged?
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival by contacting us at info@gametimechips.com . All damage claims must be filed with your carrier. We are more than happy to provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event. Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping delays.
If a package is damaged by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, or DHL, GameTimeChips will file the claim with the carrier.

Cancel Order - What if I need to cancel an order I placed?
Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing

Price Change - What if I bought something here and the price has changed?
If within 2 weeks of purchase the price of the same item you ordered changes, we will honor the new price and will offer a discount for a future order in the amount of the difference.
